Frequently Asked Questions and some not so frequently asked but we thought we should mention them anyways.
If you have questions beyond the ones that are listed below you might as well just book a trip now because there’s no way for us to answer “How awesome is this charter?” – you might as well just experience it yourself!
What Should I bring?
Please bring food (your lunch) and drinks. No glass bottles.Also, remember your sun screen, hats, and sunglasses. Also, bring jackets in case it’s raining or chilly. Don’t forget your camera. Motion sickness medication is recommended if you are prone to sea sickness.
Do I need a fishing license?
Your ticket price includes your fishing license, rod, reel, bait, and tackle for the day.
Depending on what trip you booked, you will be heading out 10-60 miles offshore. Motion sickness medication is recommended if you are prone to sea sickness.
We will have plenty of iced storage on the boat for the fish, your drinks and lunch. Although, you will want to bring a cooler for the fish you catch. Just leave it in you car until we get back to the dock.
Our crews and captains work for wages and tips. While tipping is not required, it is customary to tip 20% for good service.
Fish cleaning is available and is free of charge however gratuity is greatly appreciated after your day is over.

Departure time may vary depending on the trip booked in time of year. Most summertime trips will leave at 7:00 AM. Your captain will be in contact with you.
When should I arrive / Check In and how do I get there?
Your captain will be in communication with you prior to your trip.
No liquor. However, each person may bring one six-pack cans of beer for the day (no glass containers are allowed in the vessel). Drunkenness and profanity are not allowed.
We provide rods and reels to each guest, but you are welcome to bring your own. We fish with 80 lb. test and we recommend at least 60 lb. test. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a rod

Deposit and cancellation policy
We require a 20% deposit to book your trip. The deposit must be made through our online booking software.
Cancellations require a 7 day notice in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations by the customer, must be made 7 days prior to departure or the entire deposit and the full remaining trip price balance is non refundable and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
No Shows or charter groups that are more than 1 hour late for the scheduled departure time will be charged the full trip price. If you are more than 1 hour late you are considered a no-show.
All weather cancelations, are made at the captains discretion. If we cancel your trip due to rough sea conditions, we will reschedule or issue you a 100% refund.
The Captain reserves the right to cancel any charter for any reason he deems necessary. If the Captain cancels your charter prior to departure any monies paid are 100% refundable.
Once the charter departs the dock, all monies are non refundable. This includes partially completed trips ended early due to sea sickness, whether or customers preference, or any other reason.
For split trip charters money is non-refundable unless trip is cancelled due to sea conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
